Following several days of very heavy rain, I am pleased to say that whatever the Belediye did following last years floods, seems to have worked. So well done Dalyan Belediye.
Having said this, if you have a maintenance contract on your property, please make sure the provider is actualy checking, during and after inclement weather. It is no good to you to be told a couple of weeks before you come for a visit that there is water damage to your property.
Unfortunately many providers take your money and do not go any where near your home during the winter, only to go in just before you are due to arrive!
