For winter tourism
1)- Thermal resources will be adjusted to contribute to the tourism.
2 )- Formation of private hospitals, rehabilitation centers and public houses for old people will be encouraged.
3)- Bicycle and walking roads will be built.
4)- Arrangements will be done to improve amateur fishing tourism.
5)- Indoor playgrounds will be built for children.
6)- Dalyan culture and art center will be built.
For summer tourism
1)- Dalyan information center will be built in the center where there is easy access.
2)- To make daily visitors to Dalyan stay longer;
?Dalyan museum and archaeological park will be built.
?Little cafeterias wll be built along the dalyan river.
?While Dalyan and its ecological structure are being presented in these cafes, it will be provided to make the daily visitor come back to accommodate in the following years.
3)New image which is appropriate for Dalyan?s rich history and ecological state will be given to Dalyan center.
4)- There will be a participation in international and natinal fairs by an expert group of people. Internet pages and short movies will be prepared.
5)- In order to introduce and emphasize Dalyan?s importance in tourism, international and national meetings will be arranged and publications such as books or brochures will be prepared.
6)- Sport centers that are existing and planned to be built will be useable for tourism.
7)- Existing boats in the river will be operating with solar or electric powers with the help of donation funds. ( expenses wont be considered by boat owners)
8)- Observation and care centers will be built for turtles and birds.
9)- Facilities and roads will be adjusted for disabled people.
10)- People will be encouraged to built demonstration and exibiton centers in order to contribute local and international folklore demonstrations? incomes to tourism.
11)- Turkish bath which is appropriate for dalyan?s environmental state will be built.
For Dalyan
1)- Dalyan entrance ( dalyan round about) and Atat?rk Boulevard will be rearranged.
2)- In order to have green Dalyan, the places that are selected as green field in development plan of Dalyan and roads will be afforested.
3)- Projects will be prepared to rearrange the existing market place including car park underneath.
4)- Lifting and Launching facilities for the boats will be rearranged in a place where it s not going to ruin ecological state of Dalyan
5)- Will cooperate with electricity company to stop power cuts in Dalyan
6)- Problems of boat owners and people who is earning their lifes with their boats will be solved and there will be attempts to increase their income.
7)- Rental fees, occupancy taxes and fines will be arranged again according to the recent conditions.
8)- Social and security rights of the workers who are employed in Dalyan manucipality and in the companies that are belong to the Dalyan manucipality ( DAL-BEL) wil be secured and improved.
9)- Second stage of sewer and purification system of Dalyan will be finished.
10)- Rain drainage system will be formated initially.
11)- Ecological methods will be used against mosquitos.
12)- Development plans of town will be renewed with the help of Dalyan residents and civilian organizations.
13)- Relations with existing twin cities will be improved and will have more twin cities.
14)- Roads in our town will be renewed according to technical improvements and long lasting of these roads will be assured.
15)- Cultural and educational trips will be organised.
16)- Outdoor sports will be supported. Suitable roads will be designated for trekking and those roads will be displayed on maps.
17)- Pursuit of domestic animals wil be provided and sheltering and protection needs of homeless animals will be covered.( existing animal caring center will be modernised and improved)
18)- Educational profession courses will be opened, youth of Dalyan will be directed to new business fields.
19)- School- parent union will be strengthened. We will help increasing the quality of education.
20)- Cheaper beach entrance cards will be made for the the residents of Dalyan.
21)- Emergency facility at the beach will be working properly and fully equipped ambulance will be in service of visitors.
22)- Art demonstrations will be held in Caunos ancient theatre.
23)- Dalyan mobile electronic system integration ( MOBESE) will be set up for the security and peace of Dalyan by cooperation of Gendarme and Manucipality.
24)- Announcement system will be arranged again. annoncements will be done via e mail or sms.
25)- Organic agriculture will be supported and with the usage of fertilizer that is derived from purification facility in agricalture in dalyan, chemical fertilizer waste will be prevented to flow into the river.
26)- In order to keep and protect agricaltural products fully equipped big refrigerators will be encouraged.
27)- Special team will be provided to clean the lake and the canal.
28)- We will have clean and tidy graveyards for souls of elder people that lived in Dalyan to rest in peace
