Well hello to all my family, friends and future friends!
I have been informed by my parents 'The Winters' that I should introduce myself here.
I have been going to Turkey for about 15 years and discovered Dalyan on a tranfer trip. Yes I was one of those grockells that are bused in for the day for mud, grub and beach. But I managed to escape (i had a 1am flight plenty of time to wander) and became addicted very quickly. I previously visited the Kaş area and enjoyed the tranquility as I am not one for the disco's and watersports.
One of the greatest turn offs for me would be anyplace that offers a 'Full English' or 'Sunday Roast'. I am sorry but what is the point of that! If I wanted that kind of holiday I could just drive 15 minutes to a greasy spoon on Hayling Island.
 Well that was my little rant.
One of my favourate experiances so far was to be invited to a fishermans lunch whilst i was walking on the beach. Freshly caught fish cooked on a open fire with chunks of bread and olives. All eaten with your fingers. Yumm. :E3:
Well I will see some of you soon, I might meet some new friends as well.
Sonra g?r?ş?r?z! (yes I can speak a little Turkish!)

Hi Cassie, welcome. I met your parents last year in September on a boat trip with Ruhi.
Fantastic day out swimming, catching crabs and a nice lunch of fresh fish on the boat.

It is starting to sound like the old Sly and the Family Stone classic " It's a Family Affair". One of my all time favorites, by the way!

Sorry to say but Andy, John you both must be showing your ages as I have no idea who you are on about.
I must also say that June has lost the plot to as the third generation is as my niece and nephew are still a bit young to be posting, unless there is a Hannah Montana website some where!

Ok So I have heard of 'It's raining men' but that was from Bridget Jones and covered by Gerri Hallawell.
As for the other one I might of heard it at one of the grab-a-granny nights when I worked down in Ritzy's.
:E3:
Oh those where the days.

Is it me Andy or the turkish server, I could not see anything, only got blank boxes.
Sounds like Cassie W is young free and single, a dangerous combination amidst the free flowing high testosterone levels of hard up young Turks with no morells. Whatever the word is !!

Ritzy's was the in-place Nightclub of Portsmouth (or so I am told - but as I am only the mother I have to believe this!!). You are right about the single and fancy free bit - but don't tell her I told you!! Only 10 sleeps to go!!!

Well excuse me!
I don't like the way this thread is going, can I sue for defamation of character even when its my own parents joining in! LOL
I may be younger than some (which is a good thing to be mother or do you need to tell me something!) but the fancy free bit is not true I have my fish to look after and the house, garden, allotment and hold down two jobs.
Also Ritzy's closed down in 1991, see I'm older than you think. LOLA :E3:
