Last Service time

My partner and I are arriving off the Globespan flight from Edinburgh on 13Th June. The flight gets in at 20:20, we will probably need to find somewhere to eat after we arrive. What time do restaurants finish serving on Saturday night?

We are staying at the Dalyan Garden Pension.

Right, very nice it looks too. I would think the best thing to do would be to email them and ask if they can provide something. The reason being the earliest you are going to arrive will be 10pm by the time you get through the airport and driven to the Pension and that is assuming there are no delays.
You could get back into town and a few places may still be serving proper food up to 11 or even 12 pm but it could be hit and miss, you can probably find soup all night and maybe some very basic food. Most restaurants are closed at midnight.
You will also be tired from the travelling, you will not have your bearings and probably no cash, so just send them a nice email requesting food and drink, it may cost you a little more than in town but probably your best bet at that time of night.
