just a question to any of you smokers out there in dalyan, is hand rolling tobacco available over there?
as an ex-smoker, i obviously get inundated with requests for duty frees, and as i never smoked roll ups i wouldnt have a clue if its available there.
i always found the local brands so cheap that i wouldnt even have given roll ups a second thought.
anyhow, any info gratefully received.

and you can not bring much back from Turkey as its non EU

Buy any hand rolling baccy at the airport £22 for 5 packets of Golden Virginia the price in UK is £11 for 1 pkt.
Don't buy it in Dalyan as from past experience its not the real Mccoy even though it looks the biz,it comes with additions such as bits of carpet,floor sweepings and god knows what else and that was from one of the better shops.

as i dont smoke now, i dont care whats in it, hehehehee.
turkeys not in the eu, but we always used to bring about 2000 monte carlos each back with us with no problem, customs chaps seem to look for english brands, b&h etc, ive seen fellas stopped with only about 600 of them before.
i never buy duty frees, always buy them in resort as they seem to be cheaper, and i have at least paid any local taxes on them then, so i dont feel guilty about defrauding customs and excise dept here.
