News of a new book about Ockular

Hi everyone , this is Linda from Dalyan and have news of a new book just printed called A Guide, Okcular Village written by Alan Fenn. All the proceeds from this book goes to help environmental and community projects in Okcular Village. The book is priced at 15 turkish lira. It will be on sale in my office Dalyan Select Property Services and in my husbands bar LTs, opposite the post office.

Do you rember Alan Fenn and his wife Janet , they live in Ockular and fought long and hard to stop a consturction company building villas in the mountains.
Well worth spending 15 turkish lira to support this new book.

They are indeed from Ireland but now live in Manchester. They introduced us to Dalyan last year when we visited them on the way home after a holiday in Kalkan.This visit was the reason we came to buy land in Dalyan and now the building of our house will be under way in a few weeks time. Can't wait. My wife Ruth will mention your site to Charlotte as they work together. Stan

Good book half way through it and loving all the info

We left ours at the house, but we did the first walk and it was really nice. It helps so much when you have something to be guided by.
