Maybe a Hotel

I was in Dalyan in August,and was staying at the Keskin Hotel.When we used the footpath that followed the river to walk from the hotel to the town,we noticed a new build on the left hand side.It looked like it may of been a new hotel,does anyone know what this building is.

Yes it is or will be a new hotel as will the other part build that you also passed, the latter must have run out of money or something as nothing has happened for over a year but the other one is nearly finished and expect it to be open for next season?
