Beer prices?

Just got back from a short break around the Kas, Kalkan area and was surprised to find that the average price for a beer, anywhere, was 5 lira sometimes this was just for a small beer. There again prices for pide also seemed to start at 8 lira.
So it seems we are pretty lucky here.
