Hi all

Dalyan's charity shop is trying to raise some extra cash this Saturday 23rd Aug (all day) by hosting a Tombola in the 'Caretta Square'. Proceeds go to local animal welfare and to help fund equipment for the special needs class students in the Yesilyurt school.

So sorry to have missed that, we are not there until 21st September. We always try to buy something, especially from the kiddies at the school when they have their paintings and drawings on the street. Maybe if its a great success you could repeat it in September! ha ha.

It may well be repeated - if not, you can always pop in to the shop and buy something!

Have a lovely holiday.

Hi Julie

It went well. There were some very good prizes.

I'm fairly central (5 mins walk to the centre on the Sulungur side). Where are you and how long have you been in Dalyan?

Don't blame you, such a lovely place to live. In the UK at the moment and it's so dreary, I can't wait to go back 'home'.
Good luck with your retirement plans!
