hi all , my partner has a perscription for new glasses & we were wondering if there was an optician in or around dalyan that would make her glasses cheaper than the £300 we have been quoted here ?

I and my family use Soyadim in Ortaca. Get the dolmus to Ortaca bus station, go to the main road and diagonally to the left you will see Soyadim opticians on the corner of the main road and a side road. Very good service and only takes a few days.

There is also Ortaca Optic which is opposite the bus station next to the donner place and the big 1001 things shop, again very nice man and efficient. I had the most expensive titanium frames fitted with the thinnest, most expensive varifocal lenses you can get with all the coatings and reactolite for 800 lira, this was last summer so possibly a 10% increase since then.
