Tina's (my wife) cars is up on ebay for sale and we have 14 people watching it so hopefully will get a sale there.

I am hoping to hear today if a friend of friend will put my car up on his car front for sale.

Our P85 forms have now been filled out for repayment of overpaid tax and an email sent to HMRC for information on how I can opt out of paying NIC's on my company pension as I have already paid enough to get my full state pension but not for another 11 years.

Still trying to find out the cheapest way to send a package to Turkey, went into Dartford Post Office and they were as much help as a chocolate fireguard.

A quick update.

Korky (or Korketta :Yep:) got plucked last week, he/she has forgiven me. Still saying "Korky good boy" and comes onto my finger for a tickle. It will two weeks before we find out the results.

Got the Alfa running properly so I can start advertising. I thought it had a MAF (Mass Air Flow sensor) problem as it was hesitant accelerating and running out of puff at 5000rpm. ££££ signs were running through my head as a new one is around £180 :Mad:. Anyway ...

Well it is five weeks today until we begin our new life in Turkey.

Tina has been busy packing up some of the stuff that our two boys (men) won't want around when they are living in our house in Dartford on their own. So the owl plates, crystal glasses etc are all packed away in boxes in the loft.

We are getting our parrot DNA tested this week. We have decided not too bring him/her with us as it would restrict us in Turkey, so we are trying to get him/her a new home in ...
