banter? i can rattle out rubbish with the best of them! i showed em so i did!

ok, the real problem for me now is being unsure whether we can get back to dalyan again.
nicky, (wife, always talking, long hair, wears clothes) has been having trouble at work for a while.
last may she was assaulted by one of the men under her command. (her command sounds more glamorous than it is, she was a supervisor in a warehouse), anyhow, this guy, (asian, muslim, not keen on women giving him orders,) admitted the offence, and instead of sacking him like they told her would, they just moved him around the warehouse.
now, she had a fair amount of time off after the incident, in fact, by the time we came to dalyan last year she had only been back at work a few weeks, anyway, i digress;
in late november the management decide that NVQ training is in order for staff, including wife, who, as supervisor has to round up the troops and escort them to training room, amongst said staff is the bloke who attacked her!
this, of course, upsets her somewhat, and whwen NVQ assessor asks her if there is anything she should know about any of them, she tells him about the incident with her and mr X, (although his real name is syeed ahmed), he then tells management about it and they firstly suspend her, then discipline her by;

moving her onto another shift,
more than halve her money, cutting her annual wage by over £13000
take away her health benefits,
change her pay cycle to 4 weekly instead of calendar monthly,
cut her hours down from 40 to 36, (less money again)
take away her long service holiday entitlement,
take away her security of employment by changing her contract to a new starters one,
put her on a job that she has not been trained on,
do not even tell her new shift manager that she is coming on to that shift.

they claim she has breached the Data Protection Act.
sadly for them, as the incident concerned her, she cannot be breaking it, and can indeed tell whomever she might choose to, according to our solicitor, anyway.
so, although we have a really good case, and a good chance of a payout from them for their treatment of her, it could take months, during which time bills mount up and anything we might gain from them will be lost on catching up, if indeed we gain anything, and dont lose the house etc because she is unable to work at the moment because of it.
there, not as light hearted as my usual stuff, but i needed to unload it somewhere.
i'm not after sympathy or anything like that, although a free villa and a couple of airline tickets, and some spending dosh would not be refused, (worth a go, you never know, might be a secret millionaire on here!), ok, i AM after sympathy, but thats all, just sympathy and chocolates, err, i mean dark efes, no, just , shut up, let me talk ..................

sad, isnt it? split personalities, and neither of them up to much!:nooo:
