Spring has arrived!
At long last spring seems to have arrived, nice warm sunny days with flowers and buds bursting out in new splendour.
As everything has stopped for the elections, there is an awful lot of last minute building and changing of shops and what looks like new bars sprouting, as if we didn't have enough! Anyway the town looks quite festive and there are a lot of last minute changes to keep you all occupied when you come next. It will be interesting to see what else happens, depending on the results. If the last lot get in again the new bars may not get a licence, unless of course they are local familly.
Another strange thing, alcahol is not allowed to be sold or consumed on election days and you may not carry a gun even if you have a licence.
