    Default advice re land sale

    hello all we have some land in okcular just near the ley ley, behind the mosque (ish)* it is 620 metres square.* my question is, we have moved house here in hull and want to do some work to the house and the money from the land would come in really handy.* we are not greedy and are not that fussed about getting market value as we will make on it anyway.* any advice would be really welcome.*
