Hi all, has anyone been to this hotel, any information would be appreciated as we don`t know where to stay in Dalyan.

Yes it is one of the smarter hotels in Dalyan and many of my friends would not go any where else. However, it has been my experience that whatever hotel you go to first, you will come back time and time again to the same hotel. It would have to be a complete disaster for you not to like it. Prices for drinks and food are obviously higher than outside but that is normal and anyway probably cheaper than in the UK or eurozone.

Yes, two years ago, we stayed at the Planetree Apartments... What a disaster that was - it's since closed I believe... Didn't put us off coming back to Dalyan though and the Hotel Alla Turca is a lovely hotel....

Its been I few years since we stopped there but we liked it a lot.

Never crowded, nice big pool, pleasant staff, good breakfast, clean and comfy rooms.

Downsides - food and drink more expensive than town, and its a 15min stroll from town, which is no big deal for those who are mobile, but might be for those who are less so.

I doubt you will regret stopping there.

stayed at alla turca twice.....excellent hotel...professionally run...spotlessly clean...
food is spot on....rooms great....etc

prices a bit expensive for drinks....

they dont like you bringing your own water in....if you do be discreet..

all in all you wont be disappointed...and their barbecue nights are good

Nice hotel. No they do not like you taking any food or drink into your room and will remove it when they clean or stop you if they see it on your way in. I wanted to swim there with a friend last year - she had booked her mother in for 2 weeks and when we asked they wanted 50 lira each to use the pool! We left, of course, and went down to the riverside and into a hotel there where they let us use their pool for free, as most do here. Usually hotels welcome people using their pools as of course you end up buying drink and perhaps food so it is good for business, but not Alla Turca. I will not be going there again but people who stay seem to like it a lot. Just hide anything you want to take inside - carefully.

This is a nice hotel our friends stayed there.
This one and Keskin are the 2 very well known ones in Dalyan are and more upmarket than the smaller pansions.
They do a great set menu and organise Turkish evenings.
The pool is a pleasure to sit round and big enough to not be too close to everyone.
