Hi all. We have finally got booked up at Alla Turca hotel. Flying out of Newcastle on the 20th June. Does anyone know how much the taxi fare will be from Dalaman airport to hotel. Hope this resort is all you`ve cracked it up to be. Hoping to do plenty of bird watching,(feathered kind) if the wife will let me.
Have you any info where the best places to go to for a drink and a laugh at night. Looking forward to our holiday now.

Yes, it is all about ambiance and personalities, some people just want a cheap beer, others get to know the owners or the staff and enjoy the chat and of course whether you have children or not and how they are treated or whether the playground is in sight. It is their holiday too and happy children usualy means happy relaxed parents.

Yes it is official, there are now 4 rooms at the airport, 1 for knickers, 1 for brains, 1 for H1N1 victims and last but not least 1 for Ginge, I must warn my son in law to die his hair before he comes.

They even accept gingers in Dalyan. You will love the Alla Turca, we have stayed there twice. We are coming back to Dalyan on 11th June and staying at the next hotel, The Keskin this time. It's so good in Dalyan you will come back again and again. Don't tell too many people though as we don't want everyone to know and spoil our special place.
