Can anyone shed any light on building regs'? I was under the impression that all building stops at the start of the tourist season. This hasn't happened this year as lorries and diggers are still churning up the beach road.:Mad:

You are right, construction has to stop but I expect you are seeing the Belediye trucks and diggers as there is a lot of remedial work that was not done because of the elections. Things like drain clearance and road repairs also other tidying up after winter. You can complain to the Belediye if there is noisy construction going on.
