Where is the Kon-Tiki Hotel?

Please can someone enlighten me? We are looking at a villa on the web which is near the Kontiki but can't place it at all!

Kontki is on the way out of dalyan on the left hand side

down the side of Furkin Market shop

is it the vialla Jewel or something like that your after

It's a new villa (for sale) on a complex of 6 so, no name as yet!
Sorry, I can't place the Furkin Market either!
When you say 'on the way out of Dalyan' going to Ortaca?
Any other hotels nearby that I might know?

from the roundabout in Dalyan near the bank to the main roundabout out of Dalyan to Ortaca its half way between them both if that makes any sence

and im 100% sure its down the side of the shop below

I think I do know the shop!! (Do you have a huge collection of photos of all places in Dalyan, just in case??!! V useful)
I've also found a map on the Villa Jewell website so if it's near there I'm sorted.
