You go out toward the Iztuzu road, as you turn left at the roundabout you will see the Binlik Hotel on the right hand side. Don't know if I have noticed the Villa Deniz but will have a little looksee!!

If you're not happy today - then what day are you waiting for???

if anyone knows of any reasonably priced villas or apartments available late august early september 2010, there will be at least 4 of us, and possibly up to 8, and need somewhere within 10 -15 mins walk or closer to dalyan.
reason we need it to be reasonably priced is cos in previous years we have started out by booking large places for 8-10 people, and have ended up being just me and mrs, (plus the non paying kids), having to bear the whole cost, so dont want to get stuck with a huge bill again if or when people drop out.
we are fairly clean, break very little crockery, except on greek night, and hardly ever have indoor barbeques, both boys, (aged 16 & 17) are nearly toilet trained.

Well do you want a villa all by itself or on a small site with a few other villas???? One by itself does put the price up but it is up to you. Indoor BBQ's are a bit of a nuisance due to the mess they make - I prefer mine outdoors really.

If you're not happy today - then what day are you waiting for???

dont mind too much, obviously prefer a stand alone villa, but as you say, they are generally more expensive.
see, if we KNEW the others would be coming, and would pay their share, we would be looking at only stand alone ones, however, given past experience, (which was through no fault of the other parties, illness, redundancy etc played their part), we are reluctant to sign up for one that we will struggle to pay for on our own.
we would prefer our money to be spent in the restaurants, bars and shops locally, and not on bedspace that is unused.

A friend of mine has villas on a small complex with lovely large pool for from £350.00-575.00 per week depending on time of year. i can guarantee that you would like it there and the villas are first class. It is 10 minute slow walk to centre of town and a good location. One of these villas sleeps 8 and that is the one I have given you a price on. Unfortunately the villas are non-smoking but then you would be outside most of the time anyway. Let me know if you want more details and I can forward some.

If you're not happy today - then what day are you waiting for???

we are still looking around so any details of good places will be gratefully received, at the moment we are looking for between 6 and 8 beds, but this may change once we ask for the dreaded deposit, lol
