This meeting is open to everyone interested in Dalyan.



We will be principally discussing progress of the FRG projects and proposals put forward to the DKK meeting on October 1.



1. FRG HUMAN INTEREST PROJECT

BURGLARIES: AWARENESS, PROTECTION AND SUPPORT

A project to work in cooperation with the Jandarma and Municipality to increase security, provide information on protection from burglary and offer an information support service to foreigners or visitors who have been burgled.



2. FRG HUMAN INTEREST PROJECT

EMERGENCY MEDICAL FACILITIES IN DALYAN AND

IZTUZU BEACH

A project to provide information on medical emergency facilities in Dalyan and on Iztuzu Beach and to offer a voluntary support programme to foreigners who are ill and need of non-medical assistance.



3. FRG HUMAN INTEREST PROJECT

LIVING IN DALYAN INFORMATION DESK

A project to gather up-to-date, accurate and consistent information on many aspects of living in Dalyan as a foreigner and to make this information available to all foreign residents by including an “Information Desk” on the FRG website.



4. FRG and ÇEVRE ÇALIŞMA GRUBU combined Proposal

2010 ‘ENVIRONMENT YEAR FOR DALYAN’

A proposal which asks for full Municipality and community involvement to undertake a series of low-cost environmental projects which will enhance the natural and urban environment of Dalyan throughout 2010.



5. FRG and ÇEVRE ÇALIŞMA GRUBU combined Proposal

DALYAN ANIMAL WELFARE AND RESCUE CENTRE

A proposal to address the urgent, medium term and long term requirements of stray and feral dogs and cats in Dalyan by establishing a professional Animal Welfare Centre which is environmentally and financially sustainable, leading to an attractive enterprise.
