    Default Driving in Dalyan

Coming to Dalyan next week and was wandering about hiring car. Is driving in the Dalyan area okay or would you advise against it. How is the traffic generally ?

    Thanks

As long as you remember that at traffic lights Red, Amber and Green all mean go. Only joking.

As said traffic is very light most of the time so driving is no problem.

    Couple of actual pointers though

    1. At roundabouts you give way to traffic from your right even if you are on the roundabout.
    2. When turning left off of a main road and with traffic behind you pull over to the right first until the traffic has past then make your turn.
    3. If driving at night keep an eye out for unlit vehicles, tractors scooters etc this is getting better but you still get a few.
