    Default what to do

ok, next year we are in dalyan for our 20th wedding anniversary.
any suggestions on where to go/what to do.
to be honest, most days we go to either; ramazan han, the other side, gerdas and/or demek.(very loyal to places we like)
we also walk around a bit, and lie on sunbeds near a pool.
we've seen the turtles close up, hired a boat for the day, been to both ends of the beach, and got drunk rather a lot.(me mostly, she dont drink a great deal)
dont really fancy the lei lei, hate being reliant on lifts back if we aren't happy, and we often aren't.
not keen on the "popular" resorts local to dalyan, been there, not impressed.
(calis, fethiye, olu deniz, etc, too much like marmaris for us).
still quite fancy the midnight boat trip, not got around to that yet.
any ideas welcomed, if not actually carried out.
see that little girl in the red coat?
    her name is Leah.
    that's my princess, that is.
one day soon, i'm going to bring her to Dalyan.

take a day trip to Akyaka - nice beach and a lot of bars! or do a trip up the mountain to one of the fish farms for lunch and a dip in ice cold water if you are brave enough

I agree with Banjoman, Akyaka is a lovely resort. We got the bus from Dalyan to Marmaris, having asked them the night before if they go to Akyaka too, they drop you off on the way, but make sure they drop you off at the bottom of the very steep hill and not the top like they did to us. Climbing back up at 5pm was a bit of a slog, but a great day out and lots of restaurants and bars. Think the cost was 25 lira each for the trip.

akyaka is lovely and aquite a bit cheaper in the road behind the seafront. there is a dolmus station just off one of the main streets 150m up the road(opp park) and they will drop you at the top of the hill where you can get a dolmus back to ortaca then one back to dalyan, yes its 26 lira return each inc going up the hill, moonlight cruise is nice too, we went with the owner of donmez hotel and the food was amazing cooked on the boat, cant speak for any other cruises :)
